Job Overview: - You will work front desk operations at New Furano Prince Hotel, the most famous hotel in Furano. - Responsibilities include customer reception, accounting, lending towels and onsen wear, and locker provision. - Tasks will also involve creating daily reports using a computer and cleaning around the front desk area. - You will have an environment where you can utilize your language skills while attending to many domestic and international guests. Necessary Conditions: - Japanese: Intermediate level (conversational) required. - Candidates with Chinese and English skills will have a higher chance of being hired. - Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) are necessary. Working Conditions: - Employment Type: Dispatch - Location: Furano City, Hokkaido - Salary: 1,130 yen per hour (25% increase for overtime) - Working Hours: Shift system 8:00 - 17:00, 11:00 - 20:00, 12:00 - 21:00 (approximately 8 hours of actual work) - Days off: More than 4 days a month Benefits: - Free dormitory provided in a newly built facility. - Meal provision (315 yen per meal, deducted from salary). - Round-trip transportation costs provided according to regulations. - Car allowance available. - Employee cafeteria available (Lunch 11:00-14:00, Dinner 16:00-18:00). - Wi-Fi available. - Utilities and water free of charge. - Free lift tickets (winter only) provided. - Uniforms provided. - Salary advance system available.
